Combat FIT provides community-based programs that strengthen resilience, restore stability, and improve quality of life for veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and their families. Our services address the psychological, relational, and practical challenges associated with military service, trauma exposure, and high-stress occupations.
Combat FIT programs are delivered in a supportive, peer-informed environment that emphasizes dignity, practical skill development, and community connection. Services are accessible to individuals across a range of needs and are designed to complement, not replace, clinical care when needed.
Our approach addresses the whole person by strengthening protective factors that promote long-term resilience and stability.
Training includes helping individuals recognize common stressors in their lives and introducing effective coping strategies such as deep breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation exercises.
